Lee County Wildlife Federation to Host Benefit Concert
Funds to Launch Florida Panther Education Initiative
WHAT: The Lee County Wildlife Federation (LCWF) is hosting a benefit concert for its environment protection initiatives. The federation’s goal is to raise $200,000 to launch a Florida panther education initiative designed to decrease the number of panthers killed in collisions with cars.
WHO: The country music concert includes headliner Florida Georgia Line, Madeup Blues and Country Band.
WHEN: The benefit concert starts at 5 p.m. on Nov. 14.
5 p.m. Performance by Madeup Blues
6 p.m. Performance by Country Band
7 p.m. Performance by Florida Georgia Line
WHERE: The Lee County Wildlife Federation’s concert will take place at the Caloosahatchee Regional Park, 12345 Second St. in Alva.
NOTE: After the concert, the media may interview Florida Georgia Line. The media should be at the VIP tent to the left of the stage no later than 8:15 p.m. LCWF Executive Director Teri Stern is available for interviews at any point in the evening at the VIP Tent.
