Qualifies Team to Compete in NCAA Tournament
FORT MYERS, Fla. (Sept. 22, 2015) – The University of Southwest Florida (USWFL) men’s soccer team won the Atlantic-Sun Conference Championship on Sept. 21 with a score of 3-1 against the University of North Florida. The win qualifies the team for the NCAA Tournament.

Registration Underway for Clean Water Lee County Walk
Funds to Benefit Eastern Lee County
FORT MYERS, Fla. (Sept. 22, 2015) – The Clean Water Lee County is hosting a fundraising walk scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 17 at Lakes Park in Fort Myers, and registration and fundraising are underway. The event proceeds will help fund the construction of a new filter marsh in eastern Lee County to improve water quality.

Hungry Student Hires New General Manager
Restaurant Develops Loyalty Program
FORT MYERS, Fla. (Sept. 22, 2015) – The Hungry Student restaurant has hired Peter Palmer as the new general manager of the restaurant located near the University of Southwest Florida (USWF) campus. Palmer will coordinate restaurant operations, including launching a new loyalty program that is being developed for USWFL students.
